Join a sports league this summer for fun and exercise.

One of the biggest trends growing in the US is joining summer sports leagues.  No wonder residents love living in the luxurious Dunes City Center Apartments, they are surrounded by opportunities to join leagues. Overland Park offers a variety of different sports leagues, at various community centers around town.  Centers like Matt Ross (MRCC), Tomahawk Ridge (TRCC), and Roe Park offer men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, and softball.

One of the largest sports organizations in the area, KC Sports Leagues,  offers almost any sport you can imagine. Sports like basketball, curling, kickball, and flag football all have male, female, and co-ed options.

Blue Valley Recreation offers something for everyone.  They offer leagues and summer camps for kids, adults, and also handicap friendly sports.  Keep an eye out for their winter sports leagues as well.
